We are delighted to share that SNHS has received a National Attendance Award from FFT, recognising us as being in the top 25% of secondary schools nationally for improvement in attendance from 2024/25 to 2025/26.
Attendance has been a huge focus for us, so this is a lovely opportunity to stop and recognise the progress being made.
A huge thank you to our students, families and staff. Improving attendance really does take a whole-school community, from families getting young people through the gates each morning, to our support staff, teachers and pastoral teams working tirelessly to help every student attend and succeed.
We know there is still more to do, but this award tells us we are moving in the right direction. Next stop, the top 10%!
